When I first decided to take the leap of faith and set up practice on my own, the thoughts of being in control of my own destiny, being my own boss, flexible working hours and ultimately being responsible for creating a successful business, were too hard to resist.
Having made the transition from private sector employment to being full time self employed, I have soon realised that the ‘day-to-day’ running of a business takes hard work, dedication, confidence, belief and most of all perseverance.
Whilst in business it is always reassuring to speak to and be in the company of like minded people, who walk in your shoes each day, who realise the value of solid business relationships, who are ambitious and throw caution to the wind and who above all else know what you are going through.
I would be wrong if I said being in business has been anything but stressful, the pressures of building a brand, being there for your clients’ through thick and thin, paying the bills and making sure I am providing for my family can at times be overwhelming and equally exhilarating.
The next time you or your business needs a helping hand…be assured Neil Manley Solicitors are on hand to support you and your business through thick and thin.
